Forum on Creating Healthier Communities Scheduled for July 15
Join in the conversation on how our communities' built environment plays a role in the health of Chicago's neighborhoods. Creating Healthier Neighborhood Environments is a free forum sponsored by the Healthy Communities Working Group that will be held on July 15 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Garfield Park Conservatory. The Healthy Communities Mini Grant is available to all actively involved work group members. The grant will fund small community-driven and evidence-informed nutrition and physical activity work. Please click on the links below for more information:
