Interested in using the 5-4-3-2-1 Go! message with your patients?
Our web-based training using video illustrations will show you how. The intended audience for this training is all primary care physicians who treat patients aged 2-18. The purpose of this activity is to improve health care providers’ ability to provide clinical counseling to prevent and ameliorate obesity in children and youth.

Pediatric Practice Research Group Resources for the Prevention and
Management
of Childhood Obesity
The Pediatric Practice Research Group (PPRG) is a well-established regional practice-based research network founded in 1984 as a partnership of the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Chicago and an enthusiastic group of 20 pediatric practices. It now includes over 70 Chicago-area community practices and health centers with leadership and operational support located at CMH. Their website offers a variety of childhood obesity resources for clinicians.
